Automated Machine Learning (AutoML) platforms can really boost your productivity and throughput in predictive analytics. AutoML is more than just creating a predictive model. Learn the full extent of its functionalities but also pitfalls to avoid invalidation of results.
Learn how to do more with AutoML such as discover multiple sets of equally predictive biomarkers, create models for time-to-event outcomes (e.g., death, metastasis, disease relapse), treat repeated measurements and others. Learn to avoid typical pitfalls when applying machine learning and AutoML in particular.
In this webinar series, Aris Karanikas, Business Development at JADBio, and Giorgos Papoutsoglou, Product Manager at JADBio, will demonstrate some advanced capabilities of AutoML using the JADBio platform and real case-studies. He will explain how you can build your data-driven models and utilize a large set of visualizations and reports to gain insights from your data.
Joana Utrera, Director Iberia Operations at Indivumed, will be joining the webinar and sharing her experience from the front-line. Her experience in precision oncology and PhD in Neuroscience, qualify her to talk about the needs of life scientists, when it comes to data analysis.
By attending this webinar, you will discover:
– How autoML helps you prepare your data for analysis
– Understand hyper-parameter tuning, “winner’s curse” and how to avoid it
– Perform survival analysis (time-to-event)
– Interpret multiple, equally predictive sets of selected biomarkers
– Download or re-use your model for future data analysis
– Learn about the visuals and reports, along with existing case studies, that can help you deliver breakthrough insights
Who is this Webinar for:
– Life Scientists
– Bioinformaticians
– Clinicians
– Oncologists
– Researchers
– Data Analysts
and anyone who needs to learn how they can speed up their ML model creation process, reliably.
Take-away:
All attendees will receive a fully working monthly licence (free of charge) for the JADBio AutoML platform to learn how they can create their first AutoML model with their own data or the datasets available within the platform.
